As a Director of The Nielsen Company Taiwan Ltd., Yulan Gau is overseeing the finance and administration functions of Taiwan business. She is responsible for business analysis, financial decision, reporting, statutory compliance and operation controls.
Yulan is a CPA of USA, joined Nielsen Taiwan in 2000. Due to her successful management capability, she has been awarded as Taiwan ‘Director of the Year’ both in 2003 and 2005. She was also recognized as 2004 Year of Finance Director by Nielsen Asia Pacific Regional Finance.
Prior to Nielsen, Yulan held accounting, business controls etc. extensive positions with Compaq Computer Taiwan and AT&T Taiwan. Yulan has a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, USA and Master of Commerce in ChengChi University, Taiwan.
