Jesse Lai is one of Nielsen Taiwan's most experienced Retail Measurement Services professionals. Jesse started his career at Nielsen in 1989.

In 2000, Jesse reached a POS collaboration agreement with a key chain retailer. Since 2004, he has been leading Nielsen operations and statistics team and implemented the development of operation process mechanism. In 2007, Jesse returned to a client service role where he has enjoyed several successes including the winning of several large and strategically important accounts.

Due to his sophisticated experiences in retail measurement, in 2008, Jesse leads Retail Measurement Services to provide more integrated services

Jesse has a master degree of Science in Management from North Carolina State University.
