Angela Chiang has a MA degree from University of Iowa with a major in Industrial Design and Technology. She brings to Nielsen Taiwan more than 12 years’ experience across all aspects of human resources management: manpower planning and development, recruitment and talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, labour and employee relations, organization development and also career management.

Prior to joining Nielsen, Angela held various senior human resources roles with View Sonic, Dell Taiwan Design Center, Bristol-Myers Squibb (Taiwan) Ltd., and Motorola.
